Friends of the Earth in Brussels

Friends of the Earth Brussels is a local English-speaking group of like-minded individuals working together to improve the environment in Brussels, as well as campaigning for positive change at national, European and global levels.

Our campaigns

We are focusing on the following issues:

  • Climate change, renewable energy and energy efficiency
  • Reducing ecological footprint and promoting sustainable lifestyles in Brussels
  • Genetically Modified Organisms (GMOs) and organic produce

How can you get involved?

  • Help out with one of our campaigns
  • Lobby politicians
  • Help us clean up public areas to improve the environment in Brussels

  • Raise awareness by visiting schools and coordinating stalls at major events
